The Flippen Group Leadership Profile

What Is It?

A diagnostic behavior assessment and development tool designed to identify not only an individual’s strong points, but also constraints (or barriers) which may keep them from achieving optimum effectiveness.

How Does It Work?

Each respondent is presented online with a list of 300 adjectives from which to describe his/her own personality traits. Using this information, a personal computerized analysis is prepared comparing the individual’s results against 32 personal traits from a predefined statistically evaluated target. This tool produces results that are over 90% predictive of past and future behavior.
