Mike O’Neal worked for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center for over 31 years. He has been awarded the Agency’s Outstanding Leadership Medal and two Exceptional Service Medals for his contributions to the Agency. He recently completed a special assignment with the Florida Space Research Institute, where he investigated mechanisms to provide spiritual support for Astronauts on long-duration missions. Earth-based analogs were evaluated where individuals are placed in isolated, remote environments, such as sailors on submarines. In conjunction with this assignment, he investigated the history of the spiritual practices of astronauts in space, the spiritual affects of being in space, and pre-launch spiritual preparation. His previous assignments with NASA have included serving as the Assistant to the Chief Technologist for Exploration, Leader of the Exploration Think Tank, Deputy Director of the Space Station Hardware Integration Office, and the Acting Director/Deputy Director for the Space Shuttle Engineering Directorate. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from the Harding University Graduate School of Religion. His Guided Research was on “What Angels Tell Us about God” and has written a book on the subject titled An Angels View: Encountering God through the Stories of the Heavenly Hosts. The book will be available from 21st Century Christian Publishing in the spring of 2010. He will also has started a book on Spirituality and Spaceflight. Mike currently is retired from NASA, and along with writing and presenting seminars, he preaches part-time at the East Orange Church of Christ in Orlando, FL.

Steve Brown is a radio broadcaster, seminary professor and author. He previously served as a pastor for over twenty-five years and now devotes much of his time to the radio broadcast, Key Life.

With such varied experience and unique perspective on life, Steve is an original. He refuses to be a "guru," doesn't want to be anyone's mother and gives, in his teaching, the freedom to think. Overall, Steve has become known for his refreshing and practical Biblical applications.

Steve serves as Professor of Preaching at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. He sits on the board of the National Religious Broadcasters and Harvest USA. Traveling extensively, Steve is a much-in-demand speaker.

Steve is the author of numerous books including Born Free, When Being Good Isn't Good Enough and When Your Rope Breaks. His articles appear in such magazines and journals as Leadership, Decision, Plain Truth and Today's Christian Woman.

Ron was born in Manhattan, and grew up in Madison, New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. After college, he joined IBM in systems and marketing of mainframe computers. In 1975, he left IBM to pursue full time ministry. He graduated from Biblical Theological Seminary with an M. Div. in 1978 and subsequently pastored a church until 1985. In that year, he started a consulting business, Computer Support of North America, that grew to be a major installer of Local Area Networks in the United States. He has since started two other businesses and is currently CEO of Radixx International, Inc. which provides reservations systems and hosting services to thrity airlines on five continents.

Ron speaks extensively to Bible studies, retreats, churches, and other groups. He is particularly active with ministries reaching businessmen. In 1981, he participated in starting a new interdenominational seminary in New Jersey (first in 140 years), Regional Seminary of the Northeast. Ron was president of Regional Seminary from 1981 until 1989.

Jim McNaull is an ordained Presbyterian Minister and the founder and president of The Place Ministries in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He has been involved in executive coaching in the Orlando area for the last six years. Jim served as the spiritual director for the Gathering’s mission trip to the Dominican Republic in the Spring of 2009. Jim is originally from Columbia, SC, and is a devoted Gamecock fan. He has worked in radio, written columns in newspapers and is a popular speaker in the Sunshine State. Jim is known as the “Bag man” because he uses a bag from which he pulls out items to share and illustrate a story or talk that he is giving.
